Narendar joins EZEN from ATOS Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry where he was a Senior Vice President, Group Executive and Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences North America. He led the growth from $30+M to $700+M during his tenure at ATOS/ATOS Syntel.He brings more than 30 years of global IT sales and executive management experience to EZEN.
Narendar holds M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology at Warangal, India, and MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University. Narendar also attended Healthcare programs at Princeton University, senior leadership programs at Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania and Leadership Excellence programs at INSEAD.

Chief Finance & Operations Officer
Kumar is CF & OO at EZEN. One of the pioneers of IT outsourcing Industry, Kumar co-founded the company in 2000 with a vision to create an on-demand, information management, IT and Digital services company. Under his leadership, EZEN has grown from a startup idea into the fastest growing software services company.
He brings 25 years of rich experience in IT, Engineering and General Management. At EZEN, he is responsible for leading company’s Finance, Operations functions and responsible for profitability of the company, and executing strategic initiatives. He previously worked as an engineer, manager and business leader with various large organizations including Verizon. Kumar holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University, India and attended Strategic Management Program at IIM Lucknow, India.

Harbir has 30 years of experience in the IT Industry, of which the last 12 years were engaging with healthcare, life sciences and medical device companies helping in their outsourcing and digital transformation journey. He also bring best practices to life sciences industry from his working experience in the manufacturing industry. Harbir has a degree in mechanical engineering and has successfully helped customer in implementing digital technologies for drug discovery, decentralized clinical trials, smart factory and regulatory.
Harbir lives with his wife in the UK is extensively travelled and an ardent fan of football and cricket. He is a space technology enthusiast and follows SpaceX, NASA and ISRO.

As Chief Cognitive Talent Solutions Officer, Anna leads EZEN’s Cognitive Talent Solutions practice — architecting the firm’s talent solutions strategy, client engagement model, and workforce solutions delivery across the broader IT and AI industry. He drives the growth and scaling of EZEN’s domain led – technology expert talent capabilities, connecting organizations with the right cognitive talent to accelerate digital transformation, technology modernization, and AI-enabled business outcomes.
Anna joined EZEN in 2003 to lead its IT business and has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s growth trajectory ever since. A seasoned technology and business leader with more than 25 years of experience primarily in the enterprise IT industry, he brings deep expertise spanning commercial strategy, operations, and technology-enabled transformation. He has a demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and building high-performance talent ecosystems that empower clients to navigate complex technology landscapes — from enterprise IT and software engineering to emerging AI and data science domains.

Ganinee Jain is an expert advisor in the field of Cybersecurity, Information Security, Privacy, and Medical Device Security at EZEN. She has successfully reorganized the overall cybersecurity service offerings and GTM at EZEN, incorporating the most effective, consistent and industry best methodologies to meet EZEN’s client security requirements with the highest quality.
Drawing on her experiences and expertise from KPMG, Ganinee serves as a Cybersecurity Consultant, developing comprehensive information security strategies and roadmaps. She conducts enterprise-wide risk and privacy assessments, provides support in implementing cyber solutions/tools, and advises organizations on Data Security. With her previous experience, she specializes in leading Cybersecurity Transformation Projects across multiple industry sectors.
