Narendar joins EZEN from ATOS Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry where he was a Senior Vice President, Group Executive and Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences North America. He led the growth from $30+M to $700+M during his tenure at ATOS/ATOS Syntel.He brings more than 30 years of global IT sales and executive management experience to EZEN.
Narendar holds M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology at Warangal, India, and MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University. Narendar also attended Healthcare programs at Princeton University, senior leadership programs at Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania and Leadership Excellence programs at INSEAD.

Kumar is CF & OO at EZEN. One of the pioneers of IT outsourcing Industry, Kumar co-founded the company in 2000 with a vision to create an on-demand, information management, IT and Digital services company. Under his leadership, EZEN has grown from a startup idea into the fastest growing software services company.
He brings 25 years of rich experience in IT, Engineering and General Management. At EZEN, he is responsible for leading company’s Finance, Operations functions and responsible for profitability of the company, and executing strategic initiatives. He previously worked as an engineer, manager and business leader with various large organizations including Verizon. Kumar holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University, India and attended Strategic Management Program at IIM Lucknow, India.

Harbir has 30 years of experience in the IT Industry, of which the last 12 years were engaging with healthcare, life sciences and medical device companies helping in their outsourcing and digital transformation journey. He also bring best practices to life sciences industry from his working experience in the manufacturing industry. Harbir has a degree in mechanical engineering and has successfully helped customer in implementing digital technologies for drug discovery, decentralized clinical trials, smart factory and regulatory.
Harbir lives with his wife in the UK is extensively travelled and an ardent fan of football and cricket. He is a space technology enthusiast and follows SpaceX, NASA and ISRO.
Anna joined EZEN in the year 2003 to lead its IT business. He has developed, led growth and innovation strategies for more than 25 years, primarily in the enterprise IT industry.
As a Chief Revenue Officer, he drives the firm’s go to sales strategy, execution, and growth initiatives, while driving multiple transformation threads to further consolidate EZEN’s position as a digital transformation leader in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
Anna is a seasoned technology leader with strong commercial, operations and technology experience, helping scale businesses and pivot business to enable digital transformation. He holds a B.S. Degree in Biology from Kakatiya University, India, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Sciences from NIIT and MBA from University of Northern Virginia, VA, USA.

Chander oversees the technology office, all practices, design-led engineering, and EZEN’s labs.
With over 20 years of success managing and leading high-performance technology teams, he served as Technology Partner, Enterprise Architect and Digital Innovation Leader at many leading firms.

Raju Nadimpalli, Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Business Development at EZEN, is a seasoned IT professional with over three decades of experience. Raju possesses a unique skill set that encompasses strategy, operations, and technology. As an expert in understanding the needs of customers, Raju is responsible for delivering exceptional professional services and expanding EZEN's business accounts.
Raju has worked extensively in Enterprise Systems Management and Software Quality Engineering. His deep understanding of the healthcare sector stems from his tenure as a Senior Advisor in Anthem's (BlueCross BlueShield) Application Management group for six years. In management roles spanning two decades, Raju has developed exceptional processes for recruiting top talent, inspiring, mentoring and motivating employees to attain their full potential. Raju is a firm believer in the "Jerry Maguire" approach to business relationships and recruiting talent, which is perfectly aligned with EZEN's vision and strategy to deliver quality services exclusively in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
Raju holds a Master's in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. In his leisure time, Raju enjoys exploring new places, camping, and reading books. He is also a prolific blogger, with a focus on stock markets and global economies.

Ganinee Jain is an expert advisor in the field of Cybersecurity, Information Security, Privacy, and Medical Device Security at EZEN. She has successfully reorganized the overall cybersecurity service offerings and GTM at EZEN, incorporating the most effective, consistent and industry best methodologies to meet EZEN’s client security requirements with the highest quality.
Drawing on her experiences and expertise from KPMG, Ganinee serves as a Cybersecurity Consultant, developing comprehensive information security strategies and roadmaps. She conducts enterprise-wide risk and privacy assessments, provides support in implementing cyber solutions/tools, and advises organizations on Data Security. With her previous experience, she specializes in leading Cybersecurity Transformation Projects across multiple industry sectors.
Ganinee's meticulous management of client requirements, her ability to accurately identify solutions to client problems, and her demonstration of excellent communication and presentation skills have earned her the highest praise from all her clients and associates in the industry.

Sathaiah Potana is an industry veteran and brings 40 years of solid experience in Mechanical Engineering, Tool, Die & Fixture Designing, Systems Engineering and Quality Engineering functions etc.
He started his career with HMT(Hindustan Machine Tools), Hyderabad, India and later Satyam Computer Services(Engineering Services), Satyam Venture Engineering Services. Recently, he was the Vice President at Satyam Venture Engineering Services and led Implementation of six sigma, quality management & assurance system, process consulting, achieving ISO certification and development of workflow automation and ERP systems/ tools for various customers.
During his long tenure Sathaiah has worked with many customers. Some of them are:GE Appliances; Black & Decker, BHEL/Siemens Power; Vetter InjektSystems, DANA,Venture,Peguform,Metro Tool & Die and Emhart etc.
