Narendar G. Reddy

Chief Executive Officer

Narendar Reddy is CEO of EZEN, is responsible for defining and setting strategic direction, building, and developing leadership, maintaining customer relationships, help shape market relevant capabilities, drive Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate growth of the organization and create sustainable value for all stakeholders.
Narendar joins EZEN from ATOS Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry where he was a Senior Vice President, Group Executive and Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences North America. He led the growth from $30+M to $700+M during his tenure at ATOS/ATOS Syntel.He brings more than 30 years of global IT sales and executive management experience to EZEN.
Narendar holds M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology at Warangal, India, and MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University. Narendar also attended Healthcare programs at Princeton University, senior leadership programs at Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania and Leadership Excellence programs at INSEAD.

Kumar Reddy

Chief Finance & Operations Officer

Kumar is CF & OO at EZEN. One of the pioneers of IT outsourcing Industry, Kumar co-founded the company in 1999 with a vision to create an on-demand, information management, IT and Digital services company. Under his leadership, EZEN has grown from a startup idea into the fastest growing software services company. He brings 25 years of rich experience in IT, Engineering and General Management. At EZEN, he is responsible for leading company’s Finance, Operations functions and responsible for profitability of the company, and executing strategic initiatives. He previously worked as an engineer, manager and business leader with various large organizations including Verizon. Kumar holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University, India and attended Strategic Management Program at IIM Lucknow, India.
Anna Reddy

Chief Revenue Officer - Digital Business

Anna joined EZEN in the year 2003 to lead its IT business. He has developed, led growth and innovation strategies for more than 25 years, primarily in the enterprise IT industry.
As a Chief Revenue Officer, he drives the firm’s go to sales strategy, execution, and growth initiatives, while driving multiple transformation threads to further consolidate EZEN’s position as a digital transformation leader in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
Anna is a seasoned technology leader with strong commercial, operations and technology experience, helping scale businesses and pivot business to enable digital transformation. He holds a B.S. Degree in Biology from Kakatiya University, India, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Sciences from NIIT and MBA from University of Northern Virginia, VA, USA.
Om Maduri

Chief Business Officer–Medical Devices & Diagnostics Business

As a Chief Business Officer, Om drives the business strategy, digital transformation portfolio, customer aligned execution strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives in the medical device and diagnostics business.
Om brings a rich and diverse experience from engineering, medical devices, and information technology industry with over 30+ years of hands-on leadership in the areas of product management, business process management, data management, AI/ML/IOT, Automation, ERP, e-commerce technology program management and innovation management.
Om holds M. Tech in Industrial Engineering & Management from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Kharagpur) and a six-sigma black belt from Juran Institute.
Sudha Rani

Chief People Officer

Sudha is a versatile leader and hands on manager, manages people function for EZEN in India and supports US operations. She is instrumental in setting up and growing people function within EZEN .

In her Role, she leads the company’s efforts to attract, develop and retain the best talent. She works closely with business leaders to align EZEN’s talent strategy to business outcomes.As a Chief People Officer, She is responsible for the growth and development of EZEN’s culture that encourages the empowerment and engagement of all employees.

She leverages leadership and talent practices to create a human work environment in the digital age, creating EZEN’s differentiation. Sudha holds B.S. Biology from Osmania University and M.A. in English from Kakatiya University and an MBA. She brings overall 20 years of people experience to EZEN

Chander Rapolu

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer at  EZEN , Chander leads the overall technology excellence charter and drives the evolution of  EZEN’s design and engineering capabilities and execution.

 Chander oversees the technology office, all practices, design-led engineering, and EZEN’s labs.

With over 20 years of success managing and leading high-performance technology teams, he served as Technology Partner, Enterprise Architect and Digital Innovation Leader at many leading firms.

In an effort to provide our customers with efficient service, EZEN has instituted several Quality guidelines that the employees and consultants adhere to strictly.

The quality guidelines that govern the actions and responsibilities of employees and consultants have been carefully formulated and refined over the years. These guidelines are meant to guide our employees and consultants in their decision-making process that directly impact the client.

As we are cognizant of the fact that the actions of our employees and consultants directly or indirectly impact the out of a client project we have instituted very stringent quality control mechanisms in our recruitment process. Not only do our consultants have to pass the personal and technical interviews, they also have to pass a web-based assessment exam that tests their technical competencies.

All our employees and consultants are also governed by a Policies and Procedures document.

Our employees and consultants are rewarded or reprimanded based on their performance, feedback from clients and adherence to corporate polices and quality guidelines.

In an effort to provide top-quality service to our clients, we seek constant feedback from our clients, which enables us take corrective action should the situation warrant.
